OK, not really mud, but a mudslide. The shot glass version. Why? Because I just started a new job and am in the middle of two others and I don’t have more time. Oh, and it’s really, really tasty.
Drink Name:
Mudslide (shot)
Main Alcohol:
Kahlua, Bailey’s, Vodka
Type of Glass:
Shot Glass
Who Should Drink This:
Those with good taste but no time.
Where You Should Drink This:
Wherever you end up at day’s end.
What This Drink Says About You:
You want something sweet — as quickly as possible.
Ingredients:
½ oz. Kahlua
½ oz. Bailey’s
½ oz. Vodka (plain or vanilla)
How To Make The Drink:
Hey! You get another bartender skill today: layering. Pour in the Kahlua, then invert a spoon just over the top of it in the shot glass (invert means round-side up), then pour the Bailey’s over the top, then do the same for the Vodka. Dip the spoon in through the center just once so you mix the ingredients a tiny bit. This gives the mudslide effect.
Now that it’s all pretty, drink up!
